integration is looking for an eager, enthusiastic individual with a
professional attitude to fill a full time position in our fast paced
parts department.
Qualifications:
- Must have above average customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the industry would be an asset.
- Ability to work both individually as well as in
a team environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly
changing environment.
- Must be computer literate
Job description/duties include but not limited
to:
- Provides prompt and courteous service for
walk-in customers, telephone sales and enquiries and for fax sales and
enquiries from all other sources.
- Returns telephone calls as soon as possible and
keeps customer informed of progress.
- Interprets parts manuals and technical updates
- Searches inventory to determine if parts are
available in Danco
- Contacts supplier, when required, to clarify
pricing and delivery information to complete a sale
- Provides accurate quotes to customers including
costs to be incurred from delivery, freight, customs brokers, ect.
- Produce detailed invoice/bill of sale for all
sales.
- Processes cash, interact, credit card and
cheque purchases in adherence with Danco's policy and procedure.
- Is conversant with delivery time schedules of
Danco suppliers and methods of transportation.
- Resolve shipment delays for customers.
- Ensures adherence to Danco's detailed
pre-established standards of performance. In the event that no specific
standard exists, ensures that Danco's highest standards are maintained.
